SPFW | Winter 2015 | Iodice

Nov 6 2014

Iódice’s autumn-winter 2015 is well balanced and its highlights are the tribal print and handmade crochet made by inmates of a Juiz de Fora penitentiary that is part of the Flor de Lótus social project – there are 20 pieces knitted by them, especially the wide coats and macramé skirts (love it!!!).

The prints are inspired by the Wodaabe people, from Nigeria, and were applied in pleated and draped silk, in super feminine and low-cut dresses, which makes you want to wear this summer. But as the collection is for winter, it also has a lot of wool, leather and lamé.

Check out the photos in the gallery below!

I really enjoyed the show and I have already selected my top 3:

Kisses!!
