We know that in the fashion world everything comes back! Of course, the trends come back repackaged, with different details and with that modern touch, which makes all the difference and says that that piece is current.
Retro is always welcome and after the 70’s have inspired a lot in the last seasons, now it’s time for the 80’s and 90’s to come back strong on the catwalks and in the streets.
In the international fashion shows of summer 2017, one detail marked several presentations: the voluminous sleeve. Chanel, Fendi, Hermes, David Koma, Giambattista Valli, Elie Saab are some of the brands that brought dresses, blouses and coats in the most different fabrics with voluminous sleeves in the most different ways.
Some are made of firmer fabrics with volume on the shoulders, others are silk with volume near the wrist, some are very beachy and others are glamorous with embroidery and fine fabrics. Regardless of the style, the rule is the same, so that there is a perfect balance between the pieces, invest in tighter bottoms.
